Job summary

JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery seeks a part-time Hospitality Operations Support team member in Paso Robles to assist with tasting room and event activities. You will help prepare, transport, set up, organize, and break down wine, culinary items, and hospitality supplies for daily operations and events.

The role covers event wine fulfillment, equipment transport, and coordination with culinary teams, with hours up to 19 per week and varied duties by event location.

Qualifications

• Experience in event operations, hospitality, logistics, banquet setup, or related environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event wine requests, delivery, and return of wine and equipment.
• Support setup and breakdown of event venues and ensure timely service.
• Coordinate with culinary and Banquet teams to move food service items safely.
• Review event specifications and maintain organized storage and equipment.
