IOWA SPEEDWAY

Located near Des Moines, Iowa Speedway joined the NASCAR family of tracks in 2013. Known as the "Fastest Short Track on the Planet," Iowa Speedway hosts two major race weekends annually, welcoming the ARCA Menards Series and the NTT INDYCAR Series. The track was designed by NASCAR Hall of Famer Rusty Wallace.

We are currently seeking seasonal event operations staff to assist during Indy Car weekend and the NASCAR race weekend.

Responsibilities:

1. Check in/check out event staff and issue appropriate attire and equipment.
2. Prepare credential documents prior to the event and manage the distribution of credentials on event days according to company policies.
3. Coordinate with promoters to organize and operate the credential building during event weekends.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to various roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the track.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong communication skills, including written reports.
• Availability during July 11-13 for Indy Car weekend and August 1-3 for NASCAR race weekend.
