Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Operations Event Staff member to assist with on-site event setup, tear-down, and building operations. You will work with the Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor to execute day-of-show duties and maintain safety and service standards.

You will handle guest interactions, resolve issues, and ensure proper line-of-sight and atmosphere throughout the venue, while following Live Nation policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to effectively perform in crises and work under pressure without the loss of composure.
• Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information.
• Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intensely aggravated circumstances.
• Ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs., reach, pull, push, grasp and drag.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with the Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor to perform day of show duties
• Follow up with Ops Manager and Supervisor Services teams to ensure that service standards are met
• Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
• Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures
• Turn in all lost and found articles to Box Office
• Ensure proper line of sight maintenance by all staff at all points of guest contact
• Work with the M.O.D. to resolve any and all guest issues
• Required to work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue
