Job summary

High Spirits Hospitality is seeking an Event Operations Crew member to support setup, breakdown, bartending, dishwashing, and other event-day tasks across multiple venues. This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering great guest experiences.

The position is part-time or full-time, non-exempt, with weekly pay and benefits including health insurance stipends, paid time off, and potential tips.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in event production or hospitality.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete setup and breakdown tasks for events.
• Assist with kitchen prep, bartending, dishwashing, cleaning, and stocking.
• Move equipment between venues and ensure storage areas stay organized.
• Support with run-of-show tasks and event-day logistics.
• Assist with daily and deep cleaning and general duties as needed.
