Job summary

Live Nation Minneapolis is seeking an Event Operations Staff member for Fillmore Minneapolis on a part-time basis. The role focuses on guest safety, orderly event operations, and rapid response to incidents in a high-energy venue environment.

Responsibilities include crowd management, ID checks for underage drinking, weapon and hazard screening, and assisting with evacuations. The position requires flexibility, physical stamina, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
• Bi-lingual (preferred).
• Experience using metal detection equipment and basic security checks.
• EMT or other medical background (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety through proactive interaction and hazard removal.
• Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
• Lead guests and staff in emergency evacuations and provide assistance.
• Maintain control by circulating through the area during the shift.
• Check IDs for guests appearing under 30 when drinking.
• Inspect for weapons or harmful items with metal detectors or pat-downs.
• Enforce venue policies on photos/videos and recording devices.
• Communicate clearly using radios and signals.
