Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an energetic Event Manager to oversee the execution of all parties and events with a strong focus on guest service. The role requires coordinating, communicating, and following up to create memorable experiences for guests.

You should enjoy fast-paced environments, lead a team of hosts, and ensure flawless events while aligning with company processes and standards. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support Event and Birthday Hosts
• Interact with every parent and serve as the point of contact for all parties
• Responsible for the successful execution of all parties and events
• Establish rapport with meeting planners while promoting Stars and Strikes services
• Monitor, replenish, and update marketing materials including printed and digital collateral
• Manage an inventory of event supplies
