Job summary

Workstream in the United States is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Expediter to help keep events moving on time. This role lives in the catering warehouse and requires attention to detail, clear direction, and accountability across front-of-house, kitchen, and warehouse teams.

You will review upcoming events, check trucks and bins before departure, and coordinate readiness, substitutions, and presentation per client expectations. Weekend and some holidays are required, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a box truck (non-CDL).
• Ability to lift and move packages and equipment weighing at least 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and multitask in a fast-paced event environment.
• Comfortable giving direction and holding others accountable.
• Excellent communication with kitchen, FOH, and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Review event details ahead of time to identify questions or shortages before packing.
• Walk each truck with a clipboard and verify items are correct before departure.
• Open packed bins and check against par levels and event needs.
• Ensure equipment, tableware, and presentation match the event package.
• Coordinate warehouse and scheduling to support event volume.
• Serve as liaison between front-of-house, kitchen, and warehouse teams.
• Direct warehouse staff to complete tasks on time.
