Town of Estes Park is seeking an Events Maintenance Worker to support the operation of the town’s fairgrounds, Events Center, and related infrastructure. The role covers a range of unskilled to skilled labor, including assisting with event planning, setting up staging, safety checks, and coordination during events.

The position requires flexibility to perform various maintenance tasks, operate equipment, perform data entry for logs, and ensure a safe environment for staff and the public.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
• Experience with heavy equipment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Mansioni

• Assist with event planning and setup with staff and vendors.
• Set up event staging and coordinate during events.
• Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Operate light and heavy equipment as assigned.
• Perform janitorial duties and traffic control for events.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records.
• Respond to customer inquiries and emergencies as needed.
