Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with daytime availability and some evenings/weekends.
• Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy equipment safely.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in teams.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conversion tasks: install/remove flooring, seating, stages, and furnishings.
• Support daily operations: maintenance, loading/unloading, trash removal.
• Work indoors and outdoors, including weather exposure.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
