Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of event planning/operations experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva and Adobe software are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site event manager for internal and external events.
• Coordinate logistics with IT, AV, design, facilities and concessions.
• Create invoices, track expenses, and manage scheduling for tours and game-day operations.
• Oversee staff and assist with post-season events and premium spaces.
