Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support Washington State University home games. You will greet guests, usher attendees, collect tickets, and direct crowd flow while delivering outstanding customer service.

Training is provided at a reduced rate, and schedules are flexible to fit student, retiree, or part-time needs. Weekly pay and a supportive team environment are highlights of this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation, post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required; Driver’s Record check possible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Direct foot traffic; may collect/scan tickets and verify wristbands/badges.
• Provide directions and helpful information to guests to enhance their experience.
• Deliver a genuine, friendly greeting and a courteous departure to guests.
