Job summary

A major entertainment park in Sandusky, Ohio, is seeking an Events & Execution Assistant to coordinate and execute Group Sales events. You will work closely with clients and manage event logistics to ensure exceptional experiences. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be at least 16 years old, and be able to handle physical requirements such as lifting and operating golf carts. Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows necessary.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Valid driver's license for golf cart operation needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Area Manager for Group Sales events.
• Lead event execution for group outings and manage support teams.
• Ensure accurate event orders and catering arrangements.
• Support on-site sponsorship activations.
• Travel to assist with events at other locations as needed.
