Job summary

Boise Centre is seeking an Operations Staff member to help run live events with a collaborative team. Role involves setting up and tearing down event spaces, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Ideal candidates bring experience in event support or customer service, strong multitasking and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Irregular hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in event support or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills in high-volume situations.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work irregular hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Event setup and teardown, including tables, chairs, and staging.
• Operate and assist with heavy equipment with safety.
• Maintain clean and welcoming event spaces and lobbies.
• Ensure facility safety and security; perform perimeter checks.
