Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or event merchandise.
• Experience managing inventory and financial reconciliation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams; excellent communication and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event retail requirements with booking team, event managers, security, guest services, promoters, artist reps, and merchandise providers.
• Determine merchandise stand locations, staffing plans, POS setup, and logistics.
• Oversee product receiving, inventory verification, storage, distribution, and reconciliation.
• Serve as primary contact for event merchandise partners.
• Maintain reporting of sales, commissions, labor and profitability.
