The position requires travel to job sites and events, crafting engaging posts, coordinating calendars, and generating qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Comfortable traveling to active job sites.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video.
• Able to write engaging social media copy.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute event marketing activities and manage calendars.
• Coordinate event registrations, deadlines, and vendor communication.
• Capture field content at job sites and events (photos/videos).
• Develop and maintain organic social media content calendar.
• Create reels and short-form videos.
• Track leads and follow-up in the CRM.
• Work with Marketing Director to align content with strategy.
• Travel throughout the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, and surrounding areas.
