Job summary

Thrasher Group in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Brand Ambassador to be the face of our home shows, fairs, and local events. You’ll engage homeowners, share our story, and generate qualified leads using an iPad while building real, human connections that drive interest in our services.

This flexible, high-energy role offers a base pay of $18/hour plus uncapped commissions on leads and booked appointments, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• All experience levels accepted.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Energetic, dependable, and comfortable starting conversations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment screening includes background check.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm.

You'll engage with homeowners, share our story, and generate leads by creating real, human connection.
