Job summary

Thrasher Group, a family-owned residential construction company, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent our story at home shows, fairs, and local events. You’ll engage homeowners, share our mission, and generate qualified leads for our sales team using an iPad, while delivering a warm, confident brand experience.

This flexible, high-energy role welcomes all experience levels, requires a valid driver’s license, and includes a background check.

Qualifications

• Open to all experience levels.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Energetic, dependable, and able to start conversations.
• Must be at least 18.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Pay Range: Base of $18/hour plus uncapped commission on leads and booked appointments!

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Thrasher and Hello Garage at home shows, fairs, and local events. You’ll engage with homeowners, share our story, and generate leads by creating real, human connection. This is a flexible, high-energy opportunity for someone who loves people, loves purpose, and wants to represent something worth believing in.
