Thrasher Group’s Brand Ambassador role places you at home shows, fairs, and local events to connect with homeowners, share our story, and generate real leads through genuine conversation.

This flexible, high-energy position offers a base pay of $18/hour plus uncapped commission on leads and booked appointments, with comprehensive paid training and opportunities for growth. All experience levels are welcome; you must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Energetic, dependable, and not afraid to strike up a conversation.
• Must be at least 18.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Thrasher and Hello Garage at home shows, fairs, and local events. You'll engage with homeowners, share our story, and generate leads by creating real, human connection.
