Qualifications

• Experience in events, concierge or customer service.
• Interest in sales and marketing activities for guest engagement.
• Ability to coordinate front-of-house responsibilities and events.

Responsibilities

• Update information boards for owners and staff.
• Create spreadsheets to organize Sales/Marketing data (mailing lists, tours).
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify information in sales software.
• Resolve guest calls, requests or problems with appropriate departments.
• Promote Hyatt Vacation Club branding and up-sell where possible.
• Support management in hiring, training and scheduling staff.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies.
• Maintain positive relationships and service quality.
