Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership in San Marcos, CA, is seeking a Coordinator Marketing OPC to assist in delivering guest experiences and events that create memorable vacation memories. You will schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests at events and off-site locations, while delivering high levels of service.

The role offers a base wage of $18.57 per hour with production pay; the annual pay range is $27,500 to $72,000.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Telemarketing and/or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests attending an event and at off-site locations such as shopping malls and airports.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
