Job summary

Bisnow is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive results across brand, messaging, and revenue opportunities. You will collaborate with tech, production, event coordination, editorial, and sales to promote products, build our brand, and connect the CRE industry.

This is a hybrid role in office 3 days a week and from home 2 days per week; located at 123 William Street, New York, NY. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in marketing and strong data skills with email and multichannel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience in media, live events or a digital role.
• Experience in high-volume email marketing, ideally for event promotion.
• Experience building, optimizing and reporting on multichannel campaigns.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead event marketing for various top tier markets with end-to-end plans.
• Analyze and refine data using Iterable, Google Analytics, and other tools.
• Improve product and event performance with data-driven marketing practices.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive demand generation and inbound leads.
• Coordinate with production and sales to tailor messaging for local audiences.
