Job summary

WorkGenius in Burlingame, CA is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the production and execution of large-scale events, activations, product demonstrations, conferences, launches and press events.

The role manages end-to-end logistics, collaborates with marketing, product and agencies, develops scalable processes, and tracks performance outcomes across multiple events. Domestic and international travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing large-scale, complex events, experiential activations, or product demonstrations.
• Strong project and program management skills, including budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, and deliverables.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, VR/AR, wearables, or consumer hardware, plus in-person and virtual event production and troubleshooting.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; willingness to travel frequently, including domestic and occasional international travel.
