Job summary

Family Office Exchange (FOX) is seeking an Event Manager to plan and deliver a broad portfolio of programs including conferences, workshops, webinars, and executive meals. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and a positive attendee experience.

You will work with external event-management partners on larger conferences and support event promotion, sponsor commitments, and post-event reporting while ensuring high standards and on-time

Qualifications

• Five or more years of event-management experience, including in-person and virtual programs.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Conference experience with approximately 100 to 1,000 or more attendees preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Cvent, Microsoft Teams Events, Microsoft 365, and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events ranging from conferences to workshops, webinars, and dinners.
• Coordinate event calendars, timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents.
• Identify venues, suppliers, and negotiate contracts to meet service levels.
• Coordinate speakers, travel, bios, presentations, and AV requirements.
• Manage attendee registration, communications, and on-site support.
• Collaborate with marketing and sponsors for event promotion and branding.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and post-event reporting.
