An established industry player is seeking an Event Manager to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution. This role involves coordinating with clients, staff, and service partners to ensure a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. The Event Manager will manage every aspect of their assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; Coordinate communication between clients, the Sales team, set-up crews, service partners, event staff and delegate assignments; work with client on all needs and be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including long nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed, is required.
This role will pay an annual salary of $55,000 - $57,000.
