Qualifications

• At least 4 years of event coordination experience in the food-beverage-hospitality industry or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with high-end weddings and customized events required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong administrative skills, organized and detail oriented and prepared to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume, aggressive sales atmosphere.
• Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact after an event is confirmed.
• Conduct site tours and client consultations.
• Prepare and present event proposals and banquet event orders (BEOs).
• Maintain relationships with repeat clients.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure event details are executed to client expectations.
• Oversee all event details from booking through execution including menu selection, floor plans, AV, décor, and timeline.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and service teams to ensure event requirements are met.
• Assist with post-event follow-up including feedback and billing.
• Attends industry meetings and events which may take place outside of regular business hours.

About the Position: In the Event Manager role, you will coordinate with internal teams, including culinary, service, and operations, to deliver events that reflect our brand’s high standards for service, cuisine, and atmosphere. A strong candidate will have a proven track record in event planning, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Essential Duties
