An event doesn't succeed because of one great moment. It succeeds because someone managed every detail from the first client call to the final invoice. Green Apple Catering & Events is hiring an Event Manager who can take full ownership of events — coordinating with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to deliver experiences that justify our 22-year reputation. If you're organized, client-focused, and thrive on complexity, this role was built for you.
As Event Manager, you'll oversee the planning and execution of corporate and social catering events across New York City. That means managing timelines, coordinating with vendors and venues, aligning with our culinary team on menus, and ensuring every event reflects Green Apple's standards. You'll juggle multiple events simultaneously and be the person who connects all the moving pieces.
Since 2004, Green Apple has produced thousands of events across New York City — from intimate board dinners to government contract events serving 3,000 guests. We maintain DOHMH licensing and HACCP certification across all operations. As an Event Manager, you'll have the resources of a full production kitchen, a trained service staff, and a logistics team that's been navigating NYC for over two decades. The infrastructure is here. You bring the leadership.
