Job Description

We are seeking an Event Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of customer‑facing events and promotional activities. This role is responsible for ensuring events are organized, professionally presented, and executed according to established objectives and brand standards.

The Event Manager will manage event logistics from preparation through completion while providing direction and support to team members involved in event activities. This is a hands‑on position that requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an active event environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of events, promotional programs, and customer‑facing activities
  • Coordinate event schedules, timelines, materials, and logistical requirements
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Provide direction and support to team members during event preparation and on‑site activities
  • Ensure event teams understand schedules, responsibilities, and event objectives
  • Coordinate necessary materials, displays, supplies, and other event resources
  • Maintain consistent brand presentation throughout event activities
  • Monitor event operations and address logistical needs as they arise
  • Support attendee engagement and provide information about event activities, products, or services when appropriate
  • Coordinate product presentations, demonstrations, and other scheduled event activities
  • Maintain communication with internal teams regarding event requirements and updates
  • Help ensure customer‑facing materials and event areas are organized and professionally presented
  • Track event participation, customer feedback, and relevant activity
  • Prepare event summaries and communicate observations following each event
  • Identify opportunities to improve future event execution and attendee experience
  • Maintain organized event records, schedules, and supporting documentation
  • Support training and preparation for team members participating in events
  • Manage multiple event priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Support additional event and promotional initiatives as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Previous experience in events, promotions, hospitality, marketing, customer engagement, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to coordinate multiple event components and deadlines
  • Comfortable providing direction and support to team members
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to changing event needs
  • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
  • Comfortable working in an active, customer‑facing environment
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, team members, and internal stakeholders
  • Dependable, adaptable, and able to manage responsibilities independently
  • Previous experience leading or overseeing event activities is preferred
