Events & Adventures is seeking to hire an Event Manager for our Houston area Social Club.

This role involves managing and leading various social events, requiring an adventurous, outgoing, energetic, and creative individual. You will plan and execute events in Houston, engaging with singles across the city, country, and internationally.

Responsibilities

1. Create and manage 30+ events monthly in Houston (not attending all, but overseeing the process).
2. Market and promote events via social media and our website.
3. Build relationships with local business owners, venues, and restaurants.
4. Handle correspondence with club members regarding memberships and events.
5. Track monthly finances, including profit, loss, and expenses, using Google Drive.

Qualifications

1. Reside within driving distance of Houston.
2. Own a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
3. Able to lift 25 lbs.
4. Availability to work some holidays, nights, and weekends (excluding Christmas and Thanksgiving).
5. Be 21 years or older.
6. Drug-free and pass a background check.
7. Outgoing, energetic, and proactive.
8. Willing to learn new skills.
9. Active and engaged on social media.
10. Able to start within three weeks and adapt quickly.
11. Understand work-life balance.
12. Preferably have a home office setup.
13. Bachelor’s Degree required.
