TA Associates, a leading global private equity firm, seeks an experienced Manager of Corporate Events to lead planning and execution of conferences and events for our portfolio companies.
You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, travel logistics, speaker coordination, and post‑event assessments, collaborating with Communications and Investor Relations teams. The role requires 5–7+ years in event management and a bachelor’s degree, with travel about 25% domestically and internationally.

The Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of corporate events and conferences, delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences through strategic project management and operational excellence. This role manages the end-to-end event lifecycle, overseeing planning, logistics, communications, vendor management, budget tracking, registration, travel, production, and on‑site execution to ensure events are delivered seamlessly, on budget, and to the highest standard.

A “pay range” is the annual salary range or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such a position at that time. Accordingly, the pay range outlined below includes base salary. A pay range for purposes of the applicable law does not include (i) an annual bonus target, (ii) overtime pay, or (iii) equity awards.
The pay range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000. In accordance with applicable law, actual compensation may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the specific requirements of the role. TA Associates reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
