Responsibilities

• Represent Food and Beverage at check-in for events, ensuring staff and volunteers enter smoothly.
• Track shortages and coordinate with leadership to prepare for event openings.
• Serve as the point person for calling in Warehouse for product and technician needs.
• Take calls, input transfers into the inventory system, and dispatch warehouse staff with products.
• Assist with end-of-day closeout, comparing inventory usage to POS sales.
• Handle special projects as business dictates.
