Tiny Health is seeking a detail-oriented Conference Logistics Associate to manage packing, shipping, and tracking booth materials for events nationwide from our Austin warehouse. You will also support the CEO at local events, including evenings or weekends when needed.

Key tasks include building a tracking system for shipments, maintaining live inventory of materials and swag, coordinating deadlines with venues and carriers, and ensuring smooth on-site setup and teardown with the events team.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally organized and proactive, able to anticipate needs and communicate clearly.
• Able to juggle multiple deadlines and shipments without dropping anything.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and keeping trackers up to date.
• Reliable with your own transportation to the warehouse and local Austin events.

Responsabilités

• Pack and ship booth kits, signage, collateral, and swag to conferences and events.
• Build and maintain a tracking system for shipments to events and returns.
• Maintain running inventory of event materials and swag.
• Flag low stock early and reorder before stock runs out.
• Log damaged or missing items and recommend replacements.
• Coordinate shipping deadlines with venues, warehouses, and carriers.
• Unpack, inspect, and restock returned materials after each event.
• Support the CEO at local Austin events: setup, teardown, and on-site support.
• Collaborate with the events team on timelines and upcoming shows.
