Barry University is seeking an as-needed student worker to provide operational and logistical support for events and programs coordinated by Student and Family Engagement. Responsibilities include setup/breakdown, moving materials, staff support, and post-event cleanup.

Schedules vary by department needs and may include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Applicants must be enrolled students in good standing who can commit to full shift durations, including pre-event setup and post-event

Formación

Must be a currently enrolled Barry University student in good standing.
Able to work flexible, as-needed assignments including evenings, weekends, and occasional mornings.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and moving materials.

Responsabilidades

Assist with setup and breakdown of campus events and programs.
Provide on-site event support including check-in, guest assistance, and material distribution.
Help prepare event spaces, maintain supplies and equipment, and support event flow throughout programs.
Perform post-event cleanup and ensure materials/equipment are stored and returned properly.
Collaborate with staff, student leaders, campus partners, and vendors to ensure successful events.
