Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking energetic Event Appointment Setters to represent the company at local home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, and retail locations across Southern California.

You will engage homeowners, educate them about bathroom remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team. Prior customer interaction experience is preferred; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, friendly and energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Engage event attendees and start conversations with potential customers.
• Generate leads and schedule qualified in-home appointments.
• Promote bathroom remodeling products and services professionally.
• Set up and break down event displays and promotional booths.
• Travel to events across the local market area.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Coordinate with Events Coordinator before, during, and after events.
• Keep event materials and marketing assets organized.
• Help create an inviting and dynamic booth environment.
