Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking energetic Event Appointment Setters to represent our company at local home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, and retail locations throughout Southern California. This is a field-based role requiring travel to event sites and customer homes.

You will engage homeowners, educate them about our bathroom remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team, earning $20 per hour with 20–30 hours per week and a $100

• Previous customer-facing experience required (retail, hospitality, or sales).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage event attendees and start conversations with potential customers.
• Generate leads and schedule qualified in-home appointments.
• Promote bathroom remodeling products and services professionally.
• Set up and break down event displays and promotional booths.
• Travel to events throughout the local market area.
• Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times.
• Coordinate with Events Coordinator before, during, and after events.
• Maintain event materials and marketing assets.
