Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking an energetic Event Appointment Setter to represent the company at local home shows, fairs, and events across Southern California. You will engage homeowners, educate them about bathroom remodeling services, and schedule complimentary in-home consultations for our sales team.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule with guaranteed hours and a paid training program.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is required.
• Retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must live within 25 miles of Temecula, CA or Murrieta, CA.

Responsibilities

• Engage event attendees and start conversations with potential customers.
• Generate leads and schedule qualified in-home appointments.
• Promote bathroom remodeling products and services professionally.
• Set up and break down event displays and promotional booths.
• Travel to various events throughout the local market area.
• Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times.
• Work closely with the Events Coordinator before, during, and after events.
• Maintain event materials, displays, and marketing assets.
• Help create an exciting and welcoming booth environment.
