Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is hiring Event Brand Ambassadors to join our marketing team. In this role you will represent the brand at community events and retail locations, engaging homeowners with our premium window and door solutions and scheduling consultations with our design experts.

You'll work weekends, travel to various event locations in the Melbourne area, and deliver a friendly, high-energy customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Comfortable with in-person customer interactions at events.

Responsibilities

• Set up event displays at home shows, festivals, and markets.
• Engage attendees and book appointments with design consultants.
• Explain product features in a friendly, no-pressure manner.
• Learn and communicate brand messaging effectively.

As an Event Brand Ambassador, you'll be a vital member of our marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to our products and services. You'll drive brand awareness through engaging, face-to-face interactions at community events and retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer's markets, etc.
• Engage with attendees and book an appointment with one of our amazing design consultants
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment
• Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience - Prior Events Experience is a Plus
• Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Event Locations in the Area
• Availability to Work At Least 3 Weekends per Month
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to set up, run, and break down events; and ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time with opportunities for breaks
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
