Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an energetic Event Brand Ambassador in Florida. Represent the brand at community events and retail locations, engaging homeowners and driving awareness of premium window and door products.

You will set up displays, interact with attendees, book appointments, and promote feature benefits. A high school diploma and customer service experience help you shine in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Event experience is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, farmers markets, and other events.
• Engage with attendees and book appointments with design consultants.
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment.

As an Event Brand Ambassador, you'll be a vital member of our marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to our products and services. You'll drive brand awareness through engaging, face-to-face interactions at community events and retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer’s markets, etc.
• Engage with attendees and book an appointment with one of our amazing design consultants
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment
• Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience – Prior Events Experience is a Plus
• Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Event Locations in the Area
• Availability to Work At Least 3 Weekends per Month
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to set up, run, and break down events; and ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time with opportunities for breaks

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
