Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an energetic Event Brand Ambassador to engage homeowners at community events and retail locations. You will educate attendees about our premium window and door replacements and book consultations with design consultants.

The role is part-time with weekend availability, offering paid training and a competitive hourly wage plus a weekly performance bonus. Must pass background checks and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience; event experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to event locations.
• Availability to work at least 3 weekends per month.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to set up, run, and break down events; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time with breaks.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

As an Event Brand Ambassador, you'll be a vital member of our marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to our products and services. You'll drive brand awareness through engaging, face-to-face interactions at community events and retail locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience – Prior Events Experience is a Plus
• Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Event Locations in the Area
• Availability to Work At Least 3 Weekends per Month
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Ability to set up, run, and break down events; and ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time with opportunities for breaks
