• Food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest sanitation levels for all items used, enabling safe reuse.
• Follow MSDS criteria and food safety procedures.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean loading/receiving area.
• Restock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
