Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items so they can be used again.
• Removes trash and maintains loading/receiving areas.
• Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized.
• Close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist.
• Assist others in closing the kitchen.
• Bag and haul kitchen trash to the appropriate area.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels.
• Assist on plate-up and food production line as needed.
• Sweep and scrub all floors in kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Clean spills and breakages on event and kitchen floors.
