Job summary

Butler’s Pantry is seeking an Event Dishwasher to join our team and help keep our exclusive venues spotless. This part-time role involves cleaning dishes and the kitchen during events, with reliability and physical stamina essential.

You’ll operate an industrial dishwasher, complete closing checklists with Kitchen Attendants, and maintain safe, efficient work areas. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required to support busy event weekends.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and conduct to include adhering to the uniform policy at all times.
• Strong work ethic.
• Well disciplined, able to work under the pressure of many priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to receive instructions to carry out requested tasks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding position that may require standing for long periods of time and/or lifting heavy loads.
• Work at least 40 hours in a 6-month period.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing event & production dishes.
• Complete ‘Closing Event Checklist’ with the support of Kitchen Attendants – this includes cleaning the kitchen after each event and putting rentals/equipment back in the appropriate location
• Understand and follow all utility procedures to maintain efficient and safe work environments
