The Dishwasher position at SBR Events Group supports event production by keeping the kitchen supplied with clean, sanitized tableware, cookware, and service equipment. The role maintains a clean workstation and assists with sanitation and safety during service.

Duties include washing by hand and machine, inspecting items for cleanliness, and adhering to established cleaning procedures to ensure smooth event operations.

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand and by machine, following proper wash, rinse, and sanitize procedures.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly, monitoring temperatures and chemical levels, and reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Distribute and store clean pots, plates, and utensils in their designated locations, inspecting items for cleanliness and damage before storage.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas according to established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Empty trash containers as required and maintain a clean, organized waste and disposal area.
• Maintain the assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition throughout the shift.
• Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and comply with the department dress code.
• Follow all safety regulations; report injuries, unsafe conditions, and unsafe work practices to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager to support kitchen and event operations.
