This temporary position offers travel across multiple event sites, with opportunities to contribute to high-profile catering projects and maintain rigorous food-safety standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in catering or restaurant.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events.
• Perform general kitchen duties such as dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with policies.
• Set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets and events.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Travel to various job sites to support catering operations.
