Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Able and willing to travel 50-75% of the time.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for large events.
• Perform general kitchen duties including dishwashing and sanitation.
• Support catering by organizing and transporting food items and supplies.
• Set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets and clean tools/equipment.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Travel to job sites to support catering operations.
