Foundry Home Solutions is seeking an energetic Event Representative / Lead Generator to engage homeowners at home shows, fairs, and local events across the Twin Cities metro area. You will generate interest in bath remodeling services and schedule in-home consultations for design consultants.

This part-time role offers uncapped bonuses, paid training, flexible scheduling, and potential mileage reimbursement as the event schedule grows.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to start conversations with new people and engage attendees.
• Willingness to work at outdoor/indoor events, weekends, and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Represent Foundry Home Solutions at home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage attendees in conversations and introduce bath remodeling services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Promote event offers, contests and giveaways.
• Collect accurate attendee information and appointment details.
• Set up, maintain, and tear down event displays and materials.
• Transport event materials to locations and ensure a welcoming presence.
