Foundry Home Solutions is seeking an energetic Event Representative / Lead Generator to join our Minnesota team. You’ll engage attendees at home shows, fairs, and local events across the Twin Cities metro area, aiming to schedule free in-home consultations for our design consultants.

No prior sales experience is required—we train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm, people skills, and a positive attitude. Compensation includes hourly pay plus uncapped bonuses and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Foundry Home Solutions at home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage attendees in friendly conversations and introduce them to bath remodeling services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Promote event offers, contests, and giveaways.
• Collect accurate customer information and appointment details.
