Foundry Home Solutions is a Minnesota bathroom remodeling company seeking an energetic, outgoing Event Representative / Lead Generator to join our growing team. This role involves representing us at home shows, fairs, and local events across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities, talking with homeowners, and booking free in-home consultations.

This is not a door-to-door job. You’ll earn hourly pay plus uncapped bonuses tied to qualified leads and completed in-home consultations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Foundry Home Solutions at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.
• Engage attendees in conversations and introduce bath remodeling services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Promote event offers, contests, and giveaways.
• Collect accurate customer information and appointment details.
• Set up, maintain, and tear down event displays and materials.
• Transport materials to and from event locations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming event presence.
