Foundry Home Solutions in Minnesota is seeking an energetic Event Representative / Lead Generator to engage homeowners at local shows and events across the Twin Cities metro area. You will talk with attendees, introduce our bath remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations for design consultants.

This part-time role offers $20–$22 per hour with uncapped bonuses, paid training, flexible scheduling, and growth potential as the event calendar grows.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent Foundry Home Solutions at home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage attendees in friendly conversations and introduce our bath remodeling services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested homeowners.
• Generate qualified leads for our sales team.
• Promote special event offers, contests, and giveaways.
• Collect accurate customer information and appointment details.
• Set up, maintain, and tear down event displays, booths, tents, signage, and marketing materials.
• Transport event materials and equipment to and from event locations.
