You'll engage with customers of all ages, lead crafts, upsell add-ons, and collaborate with team members to create a stress-free, engaging experience from arrival to wrap-up.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events including children’s parties and crafts.
• Engage with guests of all ages and guide activities.
• Lead participants in craft projects and manage add-ons (goody bags, balloons).
• Support store operations during events (setup, checkout, clean-up).
