You will assist customers, manage checkouts, coordinate with store teams, and handle prep, decor, and safety standards, with opportunities to engage families and communities during weekends and after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple in-store events (including children's birthday parties and classes).
• Engage with clients to create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate and guide participants in craft activities and related activities.
• Coordinate add-ons (goody bags, balloons) per company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Handle emails, calls, and paperwork as needed.
